First, I start by doing my research. I review your website and related collateral to understand your brand, core values, and products/services. Next, we chat so I can understand your communication goals, target audience, key messages, etc. After that, we're in business. 


I send a brief to confirm the content deliverables, and then draft and submit them for your feedback (writing is re-writing!). After incorporating revisions, it's a wrap with an invoice and request for your feedback so I can keep on, keepin' on.
